The procession took out from the banks of the Ganges to the story site -
Shrimad Bhagwat will be recited from the mouthpiece of Jyotishacharya Shri Purushottamji Bhardwaj till August 28 at Shri Parmarth Niketan Ashram situated on the banks of Ganga at Rishikesh Dham. A large number of devotees have reached from the surrounding area including Rajgarh, Dhar, Indore, Tanda, Sardarpur as well as from Delhi and Haryana to join the story. Before the beginning of the story on Sunday, a procession was taken out from the banks of the Ganges to the story site. The beneficiary families of the story participated in the procession by lifting the Bhagwat pothi. The same large number of devotees joined the yatra by performing sankirtans.
