The Council of Ministers has decided to increase the present monthly honorarium of Rs 2,000 to the new honorarium of cooks engaged in the Pradhan Mantri Poshan Shakti Nirman Yojana, operated under the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, to Rs 4,000 per month. 2 lakh 10 thousand cooks will benefit from this. For this, in addition to the amount already allocated, Rs 294 crore 32 lakh has been approved for the remaining period of the current financial year 2023-24 and Rs 714 crore 79 lakh per year from the financial year 2024-25.

Approval of double increase in monthly honorarium of guest teachers
The Council of Ministers has approved doubling of the monthly honorarium given to guest teachers. Under this scheme, the crime of mob lynching involves causing harm to any person or persons by a mob of five or more persons on grounds of religion, caste, sex, place of birth, language, food habits, sexual orientation, political affiliation, ethnicity or other such ground or grounds. or involves any act or series of acts of violence intended to cause injury. Under the scheme, a provision has been made to provide compensation to the victims of mob lynching.
Approval to provide gas refill of Shravan month to dear sisters for Rs 450
