Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that due to Corona, public life has been adversely affected and the pace of development has come to a halt. We have to normalize public life and speed up development. In the coming times, along with health, employment, education and welfare of all sections will be our priority.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the state's public-participation model of corona control has been appreciated everywhere. In the coming times, we not only have to not allow corona infection to enter the state, but also to fulfill the dream of a new self-reliant Madhya Pradesh by accelerating the roadmap of self-reliant Madhya Pradesh. In an informal meeting with the members of the Council of Ministers at Ichhawar, Sehore, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan today deliberated deeply on various issues including Corona control. All the members of the Council of Ministers participated in the churning.
Awareness and vigilance necessary to stop the third wave
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that to prevent the third wave of corona infection, work will have to be done on a solid strategy to minimize its impact. Looking at the global scenario, it is estimated that there is a possibility of a third wave in the next three or four months. The increase in activities as a result of the unlock and non-compliance of precautions will increase the chances of a third wave. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that we have to be aware and constantly alert. People will have to be motivated to follow corona friendly behaviour, wear masks, maintain distance, avoid crowding and wash hands frequently. Crisis Management Committees have an important role in this.
This will be the future corona control strategy
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that corona tests will continue in all districts to maintain control over corona infection. More than 75 thousand tests will be ensured daily, so that if there is any positive case in any corner, it can be identified immediately. Such arrangements have been made so that the test reports come in a day. Whoever comes positive, contact tracing will be done and treatment will be done by keeping the positive person in home isolation or in Kovid Care Center. Kill-Corona campaign will continue in the state. Every person affected by cold, cough, cold will be identified and free treatment will be ensured.
Arrangements for the third wave
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that necessary infrastructure is being prepared and arrangements are being made to face the third wave in the state. Activities are underway to strengthen the health infrastructure. Special attention is being paid to the provision of oxygen in hospitals, increasing beds, construction of ICU wards, training of para-medical staff. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that where there is infection in one or two houses, the infection should be ended there by creating a micro-containment area.
Arrangements for the treatment of children
The fear of children being affected more is being expressed in the third wave. Therefore, arrangements are being made to increase the availability of pediatricians, training of para-medical staff for treatment of children, vaccination and other procedures. Work is going on in all the districts to increase ICU ward, oxygen beds etc. for children, to provide adequate equipment, medicines and treatment material.

Slogans, slogans, catchy sentences should be used in the local language. Vaccination is also very effective in preventing the third wave. All the ministers, MPs, MLAs, members of the Crisis Management Committee, Corona Volunteers, Jan-Abhiyan Parishad and ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers and all the field staff together create an environment for vaccination, give it the form of a campaign. Minor forest produce associations and forest committees should also be included in the campaign in tribal areas.
Corona was controlled by teamwork
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the control of corona infection became possible only because of your cooperation, hard work and dedication. Today only 242 cases of corona have come. Group of Ministers for Alternative Sources of Income
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the economic condition of the state has been affected due to corona infection. The shortfall will be filled by making other sources of income and alternative arrangements. The revenue will be used economically and better recovery will be ensured. With continuous efforts and better management in this direction, we will continue the system as per the target. A Group of Ministers will be constituted to identify other sources of income and submit the report after compiling the suggestions received on alternative arrangements. The GoM will submit its report by the end of June.
Education system at school and college level
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that it also has to be considered how the education system will be at school and college level in the circumstances created by Covid. To what extent and how this technology can be used. In these circumstances, what other innovations or initiatives can be taken, one also has to think.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that new sub, primary and community health centers and CMs will be established in the state. Rise School is to be established. These centers will expand better health facilities and provide quality education to the students. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that humanitarian approach should be taken in the establishment of health centers and schools. In areas where there is a shortage of health facilities and schools, centers should be established on priority basis. Schemes for the welfare of all sections
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that suggestions are also invited on schemes for the welfare of poor, farmers, mothers, sisters and children. Development activities and public welfare programs will continue in the state. Adequate funds have to be arranged for them. Other sources of income and alternative arrangements will have to be considered. The welfare of the poor and creating employment opportunities for the youth will have to be considered.
Employment to one lakh youth in a month
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that an action plan would be prepared to provide employment opportunities to one lakh youth in a month in the state. Under this, efforts will be made to provide employment opportunities to the youth not only in government jobs but also in private sectors. Under this, training will be given in money-oriented courses, animal husbandry, dairy development, blacksmithing, gardening etc. Training will be given in relation to various small and cottage industries.

There is a need to expand immunization activities in the state. It has to be completed in record time by giving the form of a campaign in the state. Vaccination is the safety cycle. An innovative model of vaccination campaign is to be presented to prevent corona in the state.
Three-day vaccination campaign will start from July
Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that a three-day campaign for vaccination would be started in the first week of July from July 1 to 3. He said that I, all the members of the cabinet, Corona volunteers, members of the Crisis Committee, will come out on the road and appeal to the public to get the vaccination done. For this, wide publicity of vaccination should be given through hoardings, banners, wall paintings, video spots etc., so that more and more people can get vaccinated.
Now the ration will be given in the bag from the fair price shop
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that free ration is being provided to the poor. Free ration supply has been extended by the Central Government till the month of November. Now the fair price will be given in the ration bag from the shop. Messages regarding vaccination and other schemes will also be printed on the bag.
