Yash Chavda is an Indian singer and YouTuber. He was born in the Chavda Community, and is the son of Umesh Chavda and Reeta Chavda, and has one brother, who’s name is Rushang Chavda. Yash is known for his unique singing style, which he prefers to call “a fusion of Indian classical music and Western pop”. He is known as a music producer and composer for his lofi songs.
Yash is also known for his notable song Chhod kar chala. He is a verified musician on Saavn and has also participated in the reality show called North East Idol Show The Voice as a studio musician.
In 2018, Yash released his first album, Chhod kar chala and Life branding beats under his own label “LabelbyYash” — an online music store for Indian songs and also a digital promotion company. He had earlier released the single Full On from his album on YouTube, which garnered positive reviews from listeners.
Yash who has been singing for the past 3 years and has made his way to the top in his field, studied at Girdharnagar higher Secondary School where he learnt skills in entrepreneurship and marketing and also worked as an intern. He was the the president of the Entrepreneurship Club and during his school, he ran a night club that hosted both Indian and Western music.
Yash also plays the guitar which he learnt when he was 16 years old. His first public performance was at his school talent show where he sang Chhod kar chala with an acoustic guitar. After that, Yash began performing at various events and stages to create a name for himself in the world of music.
