Who says karaoke is only for the young?
Shreeji Sharan turned two ordinary evenings into unforgettable memories with its Senior Citizen Karaoke Competitions held on 19th May in Kandivali and 14th June in Borivali. With over 1,000 senior attendees and 36 participants, the vibe was electric, the songs were timeless, and the energy—unmatched.
From soulful solos to full-on dance moves, the performances kept the audience cheering. A true show-stealer? An 85-year-old gentleman who danced like no one was watching. Spoiler alert: everyone was watching—and applauding!
Beyond the music, the event celebrated real-life milestones: 75+ years of age, 50+ years of marriage, and a lifetime of love and laughter. Heartfelt felicitation ceremonies left the audience teary-eyed yet inspired.
This wasn’t just a show. It was proof that joy, rhythm, and community spirit never age.
