  Dhar- Commissioner Shri Mal Singh's initiative to provide better healthcare facilities to rural residents in remote areas has led to the organization of free health camps. As part of this initiative, a massive free health camp was set up today in the Barmandal of Sardarpur tehsil.

   By evening, over 9,000 patients had registered at the camp to seek consultation from specialist doctors regarding their illnesses. Free check-ups were conducted as per necessity, and free medicines were provided. In this camp, rural residents were provided with various healthcare facilities within one area. 150 renowned specialist doctors from Indore arrived at the Barmandal to conduct free health examinations and provide treatment to rural residents.

  Commissioner Shri Mal Singh, Collector Shri Priyank Mishra, District Panchayat President Shri Sardar Singh Medha, MLA Shri Pratap Grewal, former MLA Shri Bel Singh Bhuria were present at the camp. Various specialist doctors conducted check-ups and provided medical advice to patients attending the health camp. Registration and other arrangements for patients were made at 60 counters. Reception, sample collection, examination, medication distribution, drinking water, and counseling counters were also set up.

   Free sonography was provided for the health examination of patients attending the camp. Additionally, facilities for medical boards for sickle cell anemia, ANC, and other diseases were arranged for the patients attending the camp. All types of pathological and other examinations were conducted free of charge at the camp.

   Specialists in gastroenterology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, medicine, pediatrics, ENT, dermatology, radiology, and other fields from Indore were present at the camp to treat rural residents. Ayurvedic and homeopathic specialists also provided their services.

   Commissioner Shri Mal Singh stated that the initiative to organize camps for the treatment of rural residents by bringing specialist doctors to remote areas of the Indore division has begun. Rural residents will now receive better healthcare facilities at the local level from the 150 doctors who attended the camp. Every person attending the camp will receive a health examination. Many tests are also being conducted at the local level. Rural residents no longer have to wander. They were also told that rural people should get complete treatment for any illness. Do not leave treatment in between. Show the doctor from time to time and take medication as advised. Do not panic or hide if you are sick, in today's time, every disease can be treated with the progress of science. Collector Shri Priyank Mishra said that it is a team work to organize such a big camp in a short period of one week. It is commendable that everyone from small employees to senior officers has contributed to it. MLA Shri Pratap Grewal said that this camp is happening under the inspiration of Commissioner Shri Mal Singh, which has benefited the people of the entire area. In the future, such camps will also be organized so that rural people do not have to go to big cities for treatment. Former MLA Shri Bel Singh Bhuria also praised the work of the Commissioner.

  Commissioner held one girl while implementing the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana and opened an account providing the amount deposited under the scheme. Ten children were held by various organizations at the camp.
